RCN/The Rock Facility Use Request Form

Only an official member of RCN should fill out this form. If you are not an official member of RCN please have a member of RCN who will be at the event fill the form out on your behalf. We will do our best to reply to any requests a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. If you have not received a response, please wait until 30 days prior to contact the church. Any requests should be placed a minimum of 45 days in advance of the requested date. We will do our best to accommodate requests placed with less notice.

I understand that church ministry events will take precedence over all private events and the church calendar is typically set on a monthly basis. (Required)

I understand that RCN does not charge for the use of facilities to its members, however small donations of $1-$5 per person per event are welcomed and appreciated if the member can afford it and would like to donate. (Required)
