Guideline Agreement

Please read the guidelines below carefully and initial each one to agree to follow it. Failure to properly follow the guidelines will result in removal from participating in The Storehouse Food Ministry

I agree to arrive by 11:30 am on my assigned day. (Required)

I understand that only approved volunteers may enter the building prior to 11:25 (Required)

If you arrive on premises before then please wait outside or in your vehicle

I understand that only preapproved volunteers may unload and sort food. Certified shoppers must wait in the waiting room until food is ready. (Required)

I understand that upon entering the building I must grab my name tag, enter the room to the immediate left of the downstairs door and wait for the volunteers. (Required)

I understand that some items have limited quantities and the number on the box is the absolute maximum per certified household. NO EXCEPTIONS! (Required)

It is crucial that you do not take more than what is on each limited quantity item. We have just enough for all households in our program and taking extra is taking from someone else who needs it.

I understand that the food is for my immediate household only (Required)

Only take what your household will use

I understand that items marked for special diets (gluten free/dairy free etc) should only be taken if someone in your immediate household has those dietary needs (Required)

I understand that shopping is limited to ONE ADULT household member only (Required)

I understand that children may not shop and also may not be unsupervised anywhere inside the church (Required)

If you need to bring children, please have them wait in the waiting room, outside, or in the car if possible. Do not let them wander around in the shopping area or inside the church

I understand that shopping should take place in 15 min or less and my items should be immediately taken out to my car. No return shopping! (Required)

I understand that failure to follow these necessary guidelines will result in termination from the Storehouse Food Ministry (Required)

I understand that until I receive written approval through text message or email, I am not able to participate (Required)
